ELTS Meets a Need
Upon receiving a request from a Virginia Client, ELTS swings into action with a client portal to simply oversight of the transcription process, and to add vital functions for the clinic staff. Working with physicians and clinic personnel in Roanoke, the ELTS team rose to the occasion and developed PowerManage, the on-line client portal that is a clinic's best friend!
Empowering the Customer
Data is the very heart of the Trilogy application, and so it makes perfect sense to capture that data and present it in a useful manner to ELTS clients. Reports tracking dictation habits, schedule reconciliation, turnaround time, volumes, pricing, and many other important elements of the documentation cycle are accessible to designated clinic staff or management for review. The ability to track these data elements allows your staff to work in tandem with ELTS as a team to bring about the most efficient process possible.
Your Front-Office Best Friend
Through PowerManage, ELTS assumes some of the tasks your staff currently performs. "Being able to easily outsource some additional functions frees up my staff to do other things," states an Ohio ambulatory surgery administrator. "This saves me time and cuts my per-visit documentation cost." The front office can reconcile physician schedules to determine which patient encounters have not been dictated, print notes when the chart cannot be found or the EMR system is down, and designate which remote locations need a copy of individual notes, like referring MD offices or workman's comp claim centers. Re-listening to dictation is available in the portal and is a useful tool when discerning blanks or undetectable verbage of the physician. Questions for the ELTS staff are entered into the PowerManage database for sharing with anyone who works on the account. PowerTraining sessions (in-services and newsletters) are posted in PowerManage as part of the ongoing education emphasis provided by Eagle's Landing.
