With PowerSpeech, a single dictation session yields accurate, complete, meaningful clinical documents, plus robust data that’s ready to share in electronic health records. Next, we present the electronic draft text for review in an easy-to-use display. The physician or a medical language specialist (MLS) edits and validates the draft. Upon approval, our publishing service formats the encoded information into clinical documents that meet the client’s preferences, and the coded information is shared with the client’s EHR system.

When appropriate, physicians are encouraged to use PowerTouch, a templated charting software developed by Eagle's Landing.  EMR-driven protocols allow physicians to document quickly and at a fraction of the cost for transcription or editing.  Documents generated with PowerTouch are available on the spot and can be printed right from the screen.  Digital uploads of these documents take place with the editing/transcription queue so that auditing trails are complete and intact.  Eagle's Landing will lead the way to your physicians embracing this technology through our intensity scoring system, which allows us to recommend reasonable percentages of patient encounters to be documented with this charting option.  Physicians do not have to endure the unending frustration of using templated charting for more intense patient visits like initial evals; these are more quickly, easily, and cost-effectively done in our dictation systems.  However, these notes provide a user-friendly, inexpensive way to document and are a valuable part of the PowerSuite system.
