Who We Are
Eagles Landing Transcription Service is an award-winning small business, leadership-driven team of medical, legal and educational professionals. Quality and service are our top priorities and this is shown both in the relationships we have with our users, as well as the quality of the product we produce.
What We Do
The ELTS team turns voice files in to typed text for medical and physician offices, legal experts and disability advisors, as well as podcasting and other spoken educational methodologies. We do this using advanced web-based, secure technology wrapped in quick and easy-to-use processes and cost-cutting advantages over other competitors.
Why It Matters
Quality and completeness of the story is a personal thing for us. We believe accuracy matters because we’ve seen this in medical records, legal documents and educational settings. Whether errors of commission or errors of omission from ill-configured EMRs, accuracy is a necessary component of a complete documentation cycle. By providing this service, it is our mission to fulfill a vital role on the patient care, legal or education team, doing what we do best so our clients can concentrate on what they do best.
Our leadership team is top in the field and brings a combined 35 years’ experience to the company. ELTS has numerous business and leadership awards at the local, state and national levels. We have impacted medical legislation and been a formal part of patient and physician advocacy for over 10 years. Our clients trust us and have come to expect the quality and leadership we’ve offered for almost 20 years.
Our CEO has been a nationally-recognized healthcare and small business leader for over 10 years with numerous awards for her efforts. Elisa has written journal and educational articles and has been a featured speaker locally, regionally, and nationally throughout the US. Having been through a 7-year medical journey herself, the issue of quality healthcare documentation is extremely personal to her, and she enjoys educating patients on how to read their medical records. She was featured in the business book, Roadside MBA, and continues to be a much sought-after speaker in her field.
Elisa enjoys reading, playing and teaching piano, and working at her church. She has a particular interest in helping others who are affected by chronic illness, particularly the auto-immune diseases. Visit her personal blog and website here:
